A Thanksgiving Message from Bishop Tobin

“How can I repay the Lord for all the good he has done for me? I will raise the cup of salvation and will call upon the name of the Lord.” (Ps 116: 12-13)

These words remind us that Catholics always live a “eucharistic life,” that every day is a day of thanksgiving and praise.

Nonetheless, as we approach the Feast of Thanksgiving, in a very special way I give thanks and praise to God for all the members of the Church in the Diocese of Providence – clergy, religious and lay. Thank you for all you do in the service of Christ and His Church. I am very proud of you and grateful for your goodness and faithfulness.
