and Senate bill 0032

Each bill proposes using state tax dollars to fund abortions for state workers and people on Medicaid. 

According to the Providence Journal (5/5/22, page 7A), Rhode Island's Office of Management and Budget produced an analysis on March 24, the key finding of which is that the state of Rhode Island could potentially save $5.4 million a year in taxpayer dollars if we allow state taxpayer dollars to pay for the killing of preborn babies in abortion rather than delivering these same babies.
